Check-in and cocktails begin at 6 pm.
Treat someone special or bring a small group to Cantigny for a three-course cooking class, hosted by our amazing Chef Team. We promise a fun and delicious Valentine’s Night to remember!
Each party will reserve a private cooking “kitchen.” After the demonstration and tutorial your group will work together to prepare your dishes and then enjoy your creations in the Red Oak Room.

- Seared sea scallops with lemon herb butter sauce
- Bistro filet with cognac cream sauce, sauteed asparagus and creamy Yukon mashed potatoes
- Cheesecake with chocolate mousse and wildberry sauce
- Specialty cocktails will be paired with each course
