The Chefs at Cantigny are planning an exceptional brunch buffet to impress and delight our guests, served at both Le Jardin at Cantigny Park and the Red Oak Room at Cantigny Golf.

From premiere dishes such as hand-carved Herb-Roasted New York Strip to our made-to-order Omelet Station, we promise plenty of fresh and delicious choices. Enjoy appetizers such as shrimp cocktail and imported cheeses, and delectable entrées including salmon oreganata, chicken marsala and cheese tortellini. Of course, this bountiful Easter buffet will also feature brunch classics like Belgian waffles, quiche, breakfast meats, potatoes, and more.

A wide selection of gourmet desserts will top of the wonderful feast.
