Trace the remarkable global history of one spring’s most iconic flowers\, the tulip\, at this seated dining experience. Cantigny’s Director of Horticulture\, Jamie Burghardt\, will host a presentation detailing the tulip’s path from Asia Minor to Europe and ultimately the United States while highlighting the political\, artistic\, trade\, and cultural forces that shaped its rise. \nNo grand adventure is complete without sampling new flavors along the way.
