Treat that special someone or make it a group event at Cantigny as our Chef Team hosts you for a two-course cooking class that will truly make for a fun night to remember.

Each party will reserve a private cooking “kitchen”. After the demonstration and tutorial your group will work together to prepare your dishes and than enjoy your creations in the Red Oak Room at Cantigny Golf.

We look forward to seeing you “in the kitchen.”

Here’s a peek at what you’ll be cooking up!

  • Lump crabcakes with garlic aioli
  • Seared pork tenderloin medallions with balsamic cream sauce and sauteed broccolini

Check-in and cocktails begin at 6:00pm, event begins at 6:30pm.

$60 per person

Price includes two drinks that will be paired with the courses. Does not include tax or service charge. Cash bar available throughout the event.
