Cantigny Park Operations Update
The State of Illinois has entered Tier 3 of its COVID-19 mitigation plan. Accordingly, safety restrictions are in effect at Cantigny Park. Daily hours are 9 am to sunset, with capacity limits. Reservations are not required. In the event that park capacity is reached, visitor outflow will be monitored before additional guests are admitted.
Cantigny’s regular weekday parking fee of $5 per car applies, including weekends. Parking is free on the first Wednesday of the month, and free for Cantigny Park members at all times.
In addition to the gardens and grounds, the Cantigny Visitors Center and Cantigny Shop are open from 9 am to sunset. Indoor capacity limits apply. McCormick House, the First Division Museum and Bertie’s Bistro are closed for the season.
All in-person programs are suspended until further notice. Cantigny’s websites and social media channels are offering digital or “virtual” experiences. Please check the event calendar on this website.
We are following guidance from the State of Illinois and public health agencies. Our COVID-19 mitigation efforts are subject to change in accordance with state guidelines.
The health and safety of visitors, volunteers and staff members is our highest priority. Heightened cleaning and disinfecting procedures are in place, and guests are expected to practice social distancing. Face coverings are not required outside, but visitors must wear a mask when inside the Visitors Center or park restrooms.
THANK YOU for helping us keep Cantigny Park healthy, safe and OPEN. We appreciate your cooperation!
