A Tribute to Old Blue Eyes
A “thank you concert” just for Cantigny Park Members, Honor Club Members and Cantigny Volunteers
Sunday, May 22
3pm – 5pm
We’ve scheduled a special performance for our members and volunteers. We hope you can attend!
Entertainer and performer Bill Pantle brings the legacy of Frank Sinatra to Cantigny Park through selections from the Great American Songbook and of course all of your favorites from Old Blue Eyes. Bill will be joined by vocalist YAZ who will share selections from Etta James, Billie Holiday and Peggy Lee. Pianist Bane Djordjevic joins them, bringing his classical, jazz, and blues sound to the show. Bringing back the variety show format of the 50’s and 60’s, Bill and company keep everyone entertained with jokes, audience participation, and of course the songs!
Cantigny members and volunteers will receive an email at the beginning of May with a link to reserve free tickets to this event. Guests are welcome but they must arrive with the member or volunteer when checking in at the bandshell.
This concert is outdoors and features lawn seating. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets, and picnics are welcome. Concessions are available from Mamie’s Toffee & Treats, Golden Eagle Hotdogs, and Aunt Tina’s Sound Bites. Standard concert etiquette applies. Please be respectful of your neighbors so that everyone can enjoy the show. No smoking in the seating area. No pets. No alcohol.
