Our first dinner is inspired by the best of local and regional producers who offer small batch organics similar to the foods grown or raised at Cantigny when it was known as Red Oaks Farm. Enjoy an open-air long table experience with wine pairings and cocktail selections, reminiscent of the parties Colonel McCormick hosted when he lived here.
