It’s Salsa time! All the tomatoes, peppers and herbs in our garden are prepared for the party! We’ve grown a variety of tomatoes, and peppers with different levels of heat in the gardens at Cantigny. It’s time to harvest, and our food and beverage team will whip up a few different salsas for you to sample. Recipes will be included. Join us in the Idea Garden and see what level of heat you can tolerate in your salsa!
