Second Saturday: Family Program

Visitor Center Medill Room
12:00-2:00pm
Free with parking fee

Theme: Paper

We aren’t quite ready for in person programs, so we’re going to create packets of craft supplies for you to take and try at home.  Craft packets will be handed out while supplies last, on a first come first serve basis.

Colonel Robert McCormick owned and operated the Chicago Tribune for over 40 years. Normally in August we make paper so that we can talk about McCormick’s paper mills.  This year we’ll provide some paper related crafts.

On the Second Saturday of each month, March – November, the McCormick House presents a drop-in family program from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm. Locations and themes will vary throughout the season.
