You’ll step behind the bar to create two summer-inspired cocktails alongside Cantigny’s very own mixologist:
- The Blueberry Southside: a crisp, berry-forwards spin on a classic.
- The Berry Fizz: bright, bubbly, and built around the bold flavors of local vodka and ripe summer berries.
As the sun sets, you’ll kick back with your cocktails, enjoy the garden views, and connect with others who appreciate a good drink and a good time. It’s the perfect way to spend a summer evening—shaking, sipping, and celebrating local flavor.

This interactive workshop invites you to engage all five senses as you mix with fresh herbs, bold spirits from locally owned Chicago distilleries, and vibrant seasonal ingredients. Between pours, enjoy curated small bites designed to complement your cocktails.
Led by Cantigny’s own Mixologist and Executive Chef, this workshop engages all your senses. You will experiment with fresh ingredients, aromatic herbs, and innovative flavor profiles to create signature drinks. Between crafting and sipping, enjoy a selection of perfectly paired small bites that enhance your experience.
