The chefs at Cantigny are planning an exceptional brunch buffet at both Le Jardin at Cantigny Park and the Red Oak Room at Cantigny Golf
From Premiere dishes such as hand-carved Herb-roasted Striploin to our made-to-order Omelet Station, we promise plenty of fresh and delicious choices.
Enjoy Appetizers such as shrimp cocktail and imported cheeses, and delectable entrees including Shrimp Scampi Ravioli, Chicken Marsala, Cajun Mahi Mahi.
Of course, our bountiful Mother’s Day buffet will also feature brunch classics like waffles, quiche, breakfast meats and potatoes, and more.
