Dan Band on Saturday\, July 11. This special event supports WSFDV’s mission to provide housing and other living needs to disabled veterans and their families. \nPlease note: this event is presented by the West Suburban Foundation for Disabled Veterans and hosted at Cantigny. \nTickets & Information \nFind my previously purchased ticket. \nAdditional Information\nHow many bands will perform? Hunter Girl will open for Lt. Dan Band\nHow early can I come? Off-site parking facilities will be available starting at 2 pm.\nCan I park at Cantigny? There will be limited parking available for purchase online with your ticket purchase. No day of on-site parking will be for sale. Off-site parking\, including handicap parking\, will be at the DuPage County parking garage (479 and 509) on County Farm Rd.\, including ADA buses\, will be provided all day going back and forth.\nCan I buy tickets on-site the day of? All tickets are digital and need to be purchased online ahead of time. There will be no on-site sales.\nWill it sell out? This event is anticipated to sell out.\nWhat does the service fee go towards? The “service fee” is specifically a ticket purchase fee that goes directly to the ticket company overseeing the ticket purchases.\nDo Cantigny Honor Club members or Season Pass holders get a discount on tickets and parking at the park? Honor Club and Season Pass holders will need to purchase a general admission ticket ($50) and park off-site this day.\nWhat are cheaper options for vets? All tickets for general admission are the same price. However\, guests may purchase a ticket to sponsor a Veteran. Information is coming soon on how Veterans can sign up to receive sponsorship.\nCan I bring a cooler? Coolers are not permitted and must be returned to your vehicle before boarding shuttle buses.\nCan I bring my own food and beverage? Outside food and beverage is not permitted. A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase onsite.\nWill there be more food options? Yes\, there will be multiple food options. The website will be updated soon with vendors.\nHow long can I stay afterwards? The park will close at the conclusion of the concert. Guests will be directed to depart\, and shuttle buses will continue running until all guests have exited.\nCan I meet Gary? There will not be an opportunity for a meet and greet with Gary this year.\nWill the First Division Museum be open? Yes\, them museum will be open from 2 – 4 pm. The museum will be closed during the concert.\nDo we bring our own chairs or is there seating? Please bring your own chairs or blankets. Chairs will not be provided. No tents\, umbrellas\, or tarps. Open grass seating.\nWill I have an assigned seat? This is a general admission show. Seating is not assigned.\nIs there an ADA section? There is not a special ADA section at the concert. Cantigny is ADA accessible. The paths will be hard surfaces and concert seating will be on grass.\nCan we rent a wheelchair? Wheelchairs will not be available for rent.\nIs the event dog-friendly? Pets are typically allowed at Cantigny on Mondays\, but only service dogs are permitted for this event.\nWill there be more buses running this year? Yes\, more buses will be running from the beginning to ensure that everyone makes it to the park on time.\nCan we get dropped off at Cantigny? Private drop-offs are not permitted inside Cantigny. Rideshare drop-off is available at the County lot. For safety reasons\, drop-offs along Winfield Rd. are not allowed.

Chris’s passion in discovering the music he now plays came from listening as a boy to the radio – including the “Bluegrass Ramble” on WCNY in upstate New York. Don’t forget to bring along proof of up-to-date vaccinations for the safety of all. To keep everyone in check\, we kindly request that dogs remain on leashes and accompanied by their humans at all times. You’ll find sanitation stations throughout the park\, so please be on POOch Patrol and clean up after your pal. \nWhile our buildings are off-limits to our furry pals\, they’re guaranteed to have a blast exploring the great outdoors. So\, let the barking begin\, and let’s make sure our furry guests have an absolute ball! DESCRIPTION:Accessible Birding\nVisitors Center\nFriday\, July 17\, 8 am \nAccessible Birding events at Cantigny aim to make a fun activity available to all. Ideal for those with limited mobility\, the outing will last about 90 minutes or maybe a bit longer if we get carried away. Participants should feel free to stay as long as they wish. We will be on firm or hard surfaces — fine for those using canes\, walkers and wheelchairs. We’ll search for birds at a slow and easy pace\, staying fairly close to the Visitors Center. \nBeginning birders are welcome\, and binoculars will be available for borrowing (first come\, first serve). Wheelchairs are also available for sign-out at the Visitors Center information kiosk. \nLimit 15 participants (including caregivers).  All must register (including Cantigny Park members) by using the button below. After achieving success in clubs and corporate events\, the band paused in the 80’s to raise families and pursue individual careers. \nIn 2019\, the band reformed again playing their distinctive brand of R&B\, Soul\, Rock\, and Motown. Horizon performs music created by such artists as Michael Jackson\, The Rolling Stones\, Stevie Wonder\, The Ides of March\, Temptations\, James Brown\, Blues Brothers\, and Earth Wind and Fire. All music performed is recognizable and danceable. You’ll find sanitation stations throughout the park\, so please be on POOch Patrol and clean up after your pal. \nWhile our buildings are off-limits to our furry pals\, they’re guaranteed to have a blast exploring the great outdoors.
