Guided by the season\, each menu highlights fresh flavors and a strong sense of place.  \nEvery evening includes carefully selected wine and cocktail pairings designed to complement the menu and elevate the experience. From spring through early fall\, these dinners are relaxed\, communal gatherings centered around great food\, beautiful surroundings\, and a shared table.  \nColdwater Coast (Coastal Northeast)\nExperience the flavors of the Northeast with Coldwater Coast\, a five-course farm dinner inspired by the region’s coastal bounty. From fresh seafood to seasonal produce\, each course highlights the character and depth of the Northeast’s culinary traditions.  \nEach course is brought to life with a wine and a signature cocktail pairing designed to enhance the flavors in unexpected ways—bright\, crisp notes that cut through richness\, or subtle accents that bring out hidden layers.
