The School of Rock House Band, representing the best of the Glen Ellyn location’s students, plays throughout the area at numerous street festivals, block parties, and charity events, and provides tour support for national and regional acts at local rock venues. Students must audition to be selected for the exclusive House Band, which performs a mix of great family-friendly rock songs from a variety of eras and styles. Their set includes songs by Rush, Cheap Trick, The Jackson 5, Alice in Chains, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Prince, Ozzy Osbourne, Styx, The Police, Journey, Stevie Wonder, Van Halen, Foo Fighters, Paramore, and many more! The School of Rock House Band students enchant older rock fans with their musical skill, and mesmerize younger audiences with their infectious exuberance.
