Holiday and Special Event Hours

Presidents Day: Ice Rink, Oak Lodge, Gardens and Grounds are open. First Division Museum is closed.
Memorial Day: First Division Museum is open
Labor Day: Cantigny is open until 10pm, First Division Museum is open until 5pm
Indigenous Peoples’ Day: Cantigny & First Division Museum are open
Thanksgiving: Cantigny & First Division Museum are closed November 23rd & 24th
Christmas: Cantigny & First Division Museum are closed December 24th & 25th
New Year’s Eve: Park & First Division Museum are closed December 31st and the entire month of January. Winterfest is open Tuesday through Sunday.

Cantigny Admission

Cantigny is now selling admission in advance. Admission is still by the vehicle, not person, but fees vary by day. The Cantigny Ice Rink and Oak Lodge are open Thursday – Sunday in February. The gardens and grounds are open Friday – Sunday. For complete pricing, visit our event calendar.

Please note: Last admission is 30 minutes prior to closing time.

Parking fees for 2024 will be as follows:

  • $5 weekdays through October 31
  • $5 weekends through April 30
  • $15 weekends May through October ($20 for concert Sundays)
  • Free Wednesdays March through October (Advance registration required)
  • Free parking on Veterans Day (November 11)
  • Parking fees for November and December will be announced later in 2024

Museums for All Fees

Annual Rate $10/year

Museums for All is a cooperative initiative between the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) to encourage increased and regular museum attendance by low-income and underserved families.

Museums for All allows any visitor with a state-issued Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Link card or WIC card to enter the park for $1.
