Join us for family-friendly hands-on activities to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Learn about the LCVPs that delivered troops to the beaches of Normandy, handle equipment used by the soldiers, and hear the brave stories of the paratroopers. Families can explore together and understand this pivotal moment in World War II through the new outdoor exhibit, “Nothing But Victory.” Inside the museum, learn about seven well-known people who were involved with D-Day in a special exhibit called “Over Land, Over Sea, Overlord.” Join us as we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who fought on June 6, 1944, and discover how their actions shaped our world today.
