Cantigny is honored to host the West Suburban Foundation for Disabled Veterans’ ROCKIN’ FOR OUR VETS concert featuring Gary Sinise & The Lt. Dan Band on Saturday, July 11. This special event supports WSFDV’s mission to provide housing and other living needs to disabled veterans and their families.

How many bands will perform? Hunter Girl will open for Lt. Dan Band
How early can I come? Off-site parking facilities will be available starting at 2 pm.
Can I park at Cantigny? There will be limited parking available for purchase online with your ticket purchase. No day of on-site parking will be for sale. Off-site parking, including handicap parking, will be at the DuPage County parking garage (479 and 509) on County Farm Rd., including ADA buses, will be provided all day going back and forth.
Can I buy tickets on-site the day of? All tickets are digital and need to be purchased online ahead of time. There will be no on-site sales.
Will it sell out? This event is anticipated to sell out.
What does the service fee go towards? The “service fee” is specifically a ticket purchase fee that goes directly to the ticket company overseeing the ticket purchases.
Do Cantigny Honor Club members or Season Pass holders get a discount on tickets and parking at the park? Honor Club and Season Pass holders will need to purchase a general admission ticket ($50) and park off-site this day.
What are cheaper options for vets? All tickets for general admission are the same price. However, guests may purchase a ticket to sponsor a Veteran. Information is coming soon on how Veterans can sign up to receive sponsorship.
Can I bring a cooler? Coolers are not permitted and must be returned to your vehicle before boarding shuttle buses.
Can I bring my own food and beverage? Outside food and beverage is not permitted. A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase onsite.
Will there be more food options? Yes, there will be multiple food options. The website will be updated soon with vendors.
How long can I stay afterwards? The park will close at the conclusion of the concert. Guests will be directed to depart, and shuttle buses will continue running until all guests have exited.
Can I meet Gary? There will not be an opportunity for a meet and greet with Gary this year.
Will the First Division Museum be open? Yes, them museum will be open from 2 – 6 pm. The museum will be closed during the concert.
Do we bring our own chairs or is there seating? Please bring your own chairs or blankets. Chairs will not be provided. No tents, umbrellas, or tarps. Open grass seating.
Will I have an assigned seat? This is a general admission show. Seating is not assigned.
Is there an ADA section? There is not a special ADA section at the concert. Cantigny is ADA accessible. The paths will be hard surfaces and concert seating will be on grass.
Can we rent a wheelchair? Wheelchairs will not be available for rent.
Is the event dog-friendly? Pets are typically allowed at Cantigny on Mondays, but only service dogs are permitted for this event.
Will there be more buses running this year? Yes, more buses will be running from the beginning to ensure that everyone makes it to the park on time.
Can we get dropped off at Cantigny? Private drop-offs are not permitted inside Cantigny. Rideshare drop-off is available at the County lot. For safety reasons, drop-offs along Winfield Rd. are not allowed.
