Tuesdays and Wednesdays in December

Guests attending Christmas at Cantigny festivities are encouraged to stop by the Visitors Center to warm up with a hot drink and enjoy special musical performances each Tuesday and Wednesday evening in December.

Wheaton Community School of the Arts
6 – 7 pm: Cello Choir and Chamber ensemble
7:30 – 8:15 pm: String Chamber Ensemble

Wednesday, December 6

Abby Stoner (harp) and Kelsey Stoner (cello)
6:30 – 8 pm: Experience the sounds of Christmas with sisters-in-law Abby and Kelsey Stoner as they blend classical holiday melodies with contemporary renditions of your holiday favorites.

Tuesday, December 12

Wheaton Community School of the Arts
6 – 7 pm: Violin and Viola Ensemble, String Chamber Ensembles

7:30 pm: Vivace – Violin and Viola Performing Group

Wednesday, December 13

Holiday Harmony Strolling Carolers
6:30 – 8 pm: Holiday Harmony’s professional singers have brightened the season for Ameritech, The Drake Hotel, Nordstrom’s, the Chicago Club, and many other valued and prestigious clients. Group members have appeared on stages from Chicago to Broadway and national tours, to concert halls and other venues, and come together at the holidays to spread holiday cheer!

Wheaton Warrenville South High School Choir
7:30 – 8:15 pm: Enjoy a selection of Christmas music ranging from popular carols to traditional hymns.

Wednesday, December 20

Handbell Choir directed by Phil Roberts
6:30 – 8 pm: Altar Bells is a 13-member advanced handbell ensemble from Gary United Methodist Church in Wheaton. Directed by Phil Roberts, the ensemble performs on five octaves of handbells and seven octaves of handchimes.
