From premier dishes such as hand-carved Herb Roasted Striploin to our made-to-order Omelet Station, we promise plenty of fresh and delicious choices.

Entrees

Savory entrees include Herb Roasted Striploin and Hoffmeister Ham at our carving station, Jerk Spiced Chicken with Mango Salsa, Seared Steelhead Trout with Lemon Caper Sauce, Pork tenderloin with Bourbon Peach Sauce, and Penne with Spring Vegetables in Roasted Garlic Cream. You’ll enjoy the omelet station, waffles, quiche, breakfast, meats, potatoes, and pastries.

Appetizers and Salads

A bountiful spread of appetizers and salads will tempt you as well, such as shrimp cocktail, imported cheeses, crab salad, and assorted baked goods.

Prices do not include tax or gratuity. Deposits are not required, but cancelations after May 5 will result in a $15 charge per guest.
