Join us for a day filled with French-inspired delights and cultural experiences at Voyage en France! On Saturday, immerse yourself in the charm of France with partners including Alliance Français DuPage, the French Chamber of Commerce, and the French Consulate. Throughout the park, enjoy photo stations and iconic sights including an Eiffel Tower replica.
Indulge in the vibrant atmosphere of Moulin Rouge at the South Grove Beer Garden, featuring Can-Can dancers and French musical performances. Wander through the transformed Rose Garden, reminiscent of Versailles, with chandeliers, and performances from the Salt Creek Ballet.
Explore the French Market at its new location in the McCormick Allée! Encounter DuPage Plein Air Painters showcasing their talents in the Upper and Lower Display gardens, and discover French fables throughout the gardens.
In the allée, enjoy the Cantigny French Cafe experience, and learn a new sport with the Chicago Petanque Club.
Be sure to experience our D-Day 80 exhibit, “Nothing But Victory” and learn about 20th century French military history at the First Division Museum.
This outstanding food & wine tasting experience will include exquisite French selections including Bouillabaisse, Fresh Oysters, Maple Leaf Farms Duck and more, all paired with hand-picked wines to enhance flavor, texture, and aromas of each item.
The French Food & Wine Experience will take place in the beautiful Robert R. McCormick house from 1 – 4 pm, during which guests will enjoy the house and experience luxury and elegance as the Colonel would have insisted.
For families, the Little Louvre Museum offers a chance to learn about renowned artists like Monet and Van Gogh, while creating art of your own. Engage in community art projects and savor French cuisine throughout the day amid street performers.
