Veterans Day Storytime: Featuring a Special Guest Veteran Reader!
The West Chicago Public Library District and Cantigny invite you to a special Veterans Day Storytime honoring the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces — including the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Coast Guard.
Join us as library staff share a heartwarming, hero-inspired story, with a very special guest reader who is a U.S. military veteran!
This meaningful and family-friendly experience is perfect for children ages 6 and under, accompanied by an adult.
We’ll gather at the First Division Museum’s welcome desk in the lobby and walk to the Storytime location together. If the weather is nice, storytime will be held outside. If it’s below 55 degrees, we’ll cozy up indoors for our story.
