If you are interested in exhibiting at a Market at Cantigny, please read the application guidelines and then fill out the application below. Markets at Cantigny are curated separately and approval is not guaranteed. Each Market at Cantigny will have a different group of vendors, which makes our event more interesting to shoppers and gives new selling opportunities to emerging vendors.
If your application is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions including a media package from our marketing team to help promote Markets at Cantigny.
Vendor Application Guidelines
- The application for exhibit space must be submitted to Cantigny by the deadline to be considered. We do not charge an application fee.
- Each market is curated separately, so vendors must apply for each event for which they would like to be considered.
- Buy-sell boutiques, consultant businesses and mass-produced items will not be accepted.
- Applications that do not include product images or links to websites or social media accounts with images will not be considered.
New for 2025
- Only approved vendors will be notified. Vendors who complete an application will receive an email confirmation that includes a link to our application status page. Applications will be updated on a rolling basis for each event (January 15 for the Spring Market and June 1 for the Fall Market).
- Once accepted for an event, vendors will be sent a link to pay a vendor fee. Space will not be held for accepted vendors without payment, and space may be offered to another vendor if the fee is not promptly paid.
Event Day Guidelines
- Approved, paid vendors will receive a floor plan and booth assignment 24-48 hours in advance of each event. Additional useful day-of information will also be included.
- Cantigny does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. Valuables should not be left in the exhibitor space at any time. Cantigny security is provided for normal protection.
- All vendor space is provided by Cantigny. Space location may be moved at the discretion of Cantigny. Vendor space must be attractive and well-maintained. Booth sizes are as follows:

Fall Market: 10×10 foot outdoor space - Set-up times will be communicated upon acceptance to the market. You must be ready to begin business by the start time for the festival and not dismantle until the festival’s scheduled end time. If you are running late and haven’t notified us, your space will be removed (with no refunds) and you will likely not be accepted for a future event.
- Cantigny staff will be located at the entrance to check you in and give directions to booth locations and parking areas.
- Markets at Cantigny Load-in: Event coordinators will contact you with load-in instructions if your application is accepted. Following load-in, you will need to move your vehicle to designated parking areas immediately after unloading. You are responsible for your own booth tent, tables, chairs and electric needs unless indicated by the event coordinators. Cantigny may change the market location at any time prior to the event.
- You are responsible for your own booth set-up and take down.
- You are responsible for the clean up of your specific area including trash and disassembly of additional materials that you bring into your space.
- At least one (1) staff member must be present at all times to oversee your booth.
