Schools must apply for the reimbursement at least six weeks in advance of the scheduled field trip. Schools will be notified via mail or email of the approval. Schools must make their own bus arrangements and submit an invoice to Cantigny Park for reimbursement. A check will be mailed to the school.
- A teacher or school administrator may apply on behalf of the class.
- Schools must be located in the Chicagoland area.
- Schools must be a Title 1 School under the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Schools may be approved for one reimbursement per calendar year.
