This evening invites you to indulge in the bold, smoky essence of Scotch, your welcome pour designed to awaken the senses and set the tone for the night. As flames dance and the crisp air carries hints of oak and char, you’ll settle in for an immersive cocktail-making experience.

Guided by Cantigny’s Food & Beverage staff, you’ll craft two cocktails that highlight the season’s flavors and the artistry of smoke. First, you’ll shake up a Smoky Maple Sour, balancing Scotch, lemon, maple, and spice with a dramatic smoky flourish. Then, you’ll build a Maple Bourbon Smash, blending the warmth of bourbon with the rich sweetness of maple, muddled apple, and a toasted marshmallow garnish.

Led by Cantigny’s own Mixologist and Executive Chef, this workshop engages all your senses. You will experiment with fresh ingredients, aromatic herbs, and innovative flavor profiles to create signature drinks. Between crafting and sipping, enjoy a selection of perfectly paired small bites that enhance your experience.
